  • ½ teaspoon freshly cracked ground black pepper
  • Pinch of salt, to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together honey, minced garlic, soy sauce, olive oil, and fresh lemon juice until well combined.
  3. Lightly season the cod fillets with a pinch of salt and freshly cracked black pepper.
  4. Place the cod fillets in a single layer in a baking dish.
