A creamy, tropical mango pineapple smoothie inspired by McDonald’s, made with real fruit and Greek yogurt for a refreshing and indulgent treat.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup frozen mango chunks (150g)
  • 1 cup frozen pineapple chunks (165g)
  • 3/4 cup plain Greek yogurt (180ml)
  • 1/2 cup orange juice (120ml)
  • 1 to 2 tablespoons honey or agave syrup (15-30ml), optional
  • 3 to 4 small ice cubes, optional
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract (2.5ml), optional

Instructions

  1. Measure out 1 cup each of frozen mango and pineapple chunks, 3/4 cup Greek yogurt, and 1/2 cup orange juice. Have honey and vanilla ready if using.
  2. Add the frozen mango and pineapple chunks to the blender.
  3. Pour in the Greek yogurt.
  4. Add the orange juice.
  5. Add honey or agave syrup and vanilla extract if desired.
  6. Add ice cubes if you want a colder, thicker smoothie or if using fresh fruit.
  7. Blend on low speed first, then increase to high and blend for 45-60 seconds until smooth.
  8. Check consistency; add more orange juice if too thick or more frozen fruit/ice if too thin.
  9. Serve immediately.

Notes

Use frozen fruit for best texture. Adjust sweetness to taste. For dairy-free, substitute Greek yogurt with coconut or almond yogurt and use unsweetened orange juice. Blend in stages for smoothness. Serve immediately for best flavor and texture. Store leftovers in fridge up to 24 hours and stir before drinking.
